Our Bathroom Remodel

Here it is! The renovated bathroom! It’s been about a month in the making and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. The “before” was such a dark space, tiled from floor to half-way up the ceiling in dark maroon tiles, with paint on the remaining walls to match. There was a gross 500 gallon jet tub surrounded by built in wine racks, yet a stall shower smaller than any other we’ve ever encountered. Everything was old, old, old, with sinks that were broken and water that took a full 3 minutes to turn warm. The pipes were routed through an exterior wall and froze and burst two years in a row. Needless to say, these were at the top of our list to fix. We joke, now, that we should have to revisit this space once a week to keep us eternally grateful for the beautiful bathroom we now have.

 The Before

I’ve included sources for most things in our "After" photos, but if there is anything you have questions about, just ask! And if you’re in the Pittsburgh area and ever need a contractor, we recommend Matson Diversified. Eric was truly amazing and went above and beyond.
